All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. CadFour Supplies does not store full credit card information.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud or pricing error.

5. Wholesale & Business Accounts

Wholesale pricing may be available for approved business customers. CadFour Supplies reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke wholesale privileges at its discretion.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. CadFour Supplies is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs or regulatory delays

  • Events beyond our control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy on eligible products.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused

  • Items must be unopened

  • Items must be in original packaging

  • Items must not be damaged

Frozen food items are non-returnable for food safety reasons.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.

8. Food Safety & Frozen Products

Due to food safety regulations:

  • Frozen food items cannot be returned

  • Perishable items cannot be returned once delivered

  • Customers must inspect products upon delivery

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

CadFour Supplies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use of our website

  • Product misuse

  • Delayed shipments

  • Business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
