Refund policy

CadFour Supplies is committed to providing quality products and reliable service to our customers across Canada. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy on eligible products.

You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be unopened

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • The product must not be damaged

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required

If the product does not meet these conditions, the return may be refused.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For food safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • ❌ Frozen food products

  • ❌ Any opened food items

  • ❌ Perishable goods

  • ❌ Products that have been damaged after delivery

We do not accept returns on frozen food items under any circumstances.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Description of the issue

We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Please note that shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was damaged upon arrival

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • There was an error caused by CadFour Supplies

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, the order falls under our standard return policy.
