CadFour Supplies is committed to providing reliable and timely delivery services across Canada, with priority service within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario.

1. GTA (Greater Toronto Area) Delivery

We offer Free Shipping within the GTA.

  • Delivery Time: Next Business Day

  • Service Area: Toronto, Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, and surrounding GTA regions.

  • Orders must be placed before our daily cut-off time to qualify for next-day delivery.

Please ensure accurate delivery details are provided at checkout to avoid delays.

2. Shipping Outside the GTA (Rest of Canada)

For customers outside the GTA, we ship across Canada using trusted carriers, including:

  • UPS

  • Canada Post

  • Private and regional carriers (depending on location and order size)

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Package dimensions

  • Delivery location

  • Carrier rates

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination province and shipping method selected.

3. Shipping Costs

  • GTA: Free delivery

  • Outside GTA: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

  • Any applicable taxes are calculated based on your shipping address

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Warehouse Pickup

Customers may choose to pick up their orders directly from our warehouse.

5. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. During peak periods, processing times may be extended.

6. Delivery Issues

If your shipment is delayed, damaged, or missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Description of issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

We will review and assist accordingly.

7. Frozen & Perishable Items

Frozen and perishable items are shipped using appropriate handling methods. Due to food safety regulations:

  • Frozen food items are non-returnable

  • Customers must inspect deliveries immediately upon receipt
